This project

HappyPet is a pet-deal aggregator (Jekyll site + pipelines). Authoritative state: HANDOFF.md. Go-live cron is ENABLED (since 2026-07-23) — the scheduled routine publishes autonomously on schedule (Mon+Thu 12:00 UTC). Don’t disable/reconfigure without the Director’s explicit say-so.
